WHAT OTHERS HAD TO SAY

I am a personal trainer…so I loved it! (As a personal trainer) I would tell women to open themselves up to learn more about supplementation. There are a lot of people who try to stay away from it because they think it’s not natural or try to get all of their nutrients from food…Nowadays food has less and less nutrients because our soil is less nutritious…it is very, very valuable to get the extra nutrient from supplements.

Now that we’ve moved into our own homes and we’re cooking, managing busy careers, family and friends it becomes more and more important to pay attention to what we are putting into our bodies and how we are managing everyday stress to optimize output…Learning new things today and trying products was very informative!

I saw it on Facebook, and it intrigued me so I checked the website and here I am!…the presentations were very interesting and informative. I liked meeting Steve, the manager from my local health food store! I think that one really great thing was that so many of the (products) had a local connection to the Okanagan, which is really neat!
