5 oz (140 ml)
1 cup (250 ml)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Apple Cider Vinegar
Garlic Cloves, minced
Fresh Orange Juice
Fresh Lemon Juice
Fresh Basil or 1 tsp (5 ml) of dried basil
Romaine Lettuce
Fresh Baby Spinach
Cucumber sliced
Red Bell Pepper, sliced
Tangerines, peeled & sectioned
Walnut halves


  1. Whisk together first 7 ingredients in large salad bowl
  2. Layer lettuce and next 4 ingredients over dressing
    (Cover and chill up to 12 hours, if desired)
  3. Add walnuts, and tossMakes 6 to 8 servings
