Chocolate Mousse Recipe

This mousse is light, airy, decadent and SO healthy! The secret ingredient? PUMPKIN!

2 cups cooked, pureed pumpkin
1/3 cup Vega Shake & Go Smoothie – Choc-a-lot
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well with a fork. That’s it! Serves four.
