Oatmeal with Peaches and Goji Berries Recipe

Oatmeal with Peaches and Goji Berries Recipe – Makes 1 Serving

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large peach, cut into bite-size chunks
  • (frozen peaches work well)
  • 2 Tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ½ cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp Udo’s Oil™
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Place the water, peach, goji berries, vanilla and salt in a small pot and bring to a boil.

Add the oats and stir to combine. Cover the pot, reduce the heat to the lowest setting, and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes.

Pour the contents of the pot into a bowl and stir in the Udo’s Oil™ and maple syrup, if desired.

Serve at once.
